The client requires active alarms to be temporarily removed from the Alarm Console and reappear after a few minutes if the fault condition still exists.

Hmm not sure if the alarm escalation can help you here… haven’t tried it but worth looking into.
If not I’d suggest you might need to build your own alarm console.
