3D Gaphics Libraries for BAS

Hey everyone,

I’m planning to develop my own 3D library specifically for BAS (Building Automation Systems) graphics. My goal is to create high-quality, visually appealing, and interactive 3D models that can be integrated into BAS applications, such as HVAC systems, ductwork, pipelines, and various building management components.

I would really appreciate your suggestions on the best tools or software to learn for achieving this. Ideally, I’m looking for something that offers flexibility, ease of use, and compatibility with BAS platforms like Niagara N4.

If you have experience with 3D modeling for BAS or have any recommendations, I’d love to hear your insights!

A lot of people at using Blender. Depending on your investments you’d like to make, Maya is also a good one as well.

You also have 3ds max. The learning curve is extremely large for these software’s, I would suggest some professional training and starting with some simple projects.

Alternatively, pay someone to create a graphics library for you that you can then resell.
