  • Levels:
    • Beginner: Tasks are straightforward, with clear instructions. Little problem-solving is needed.
    • Intermediate: Tasks may require basic problem-solving and decision-making.
    • Competent: Tasks involve applying knowledge independently and solving common issues.
    • Advanced: Tasks require in-depth understanding, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
    • Expert: Tasks are highly complex, possibly involving innovation or new approaches.
