Trying to backup multiple stations on campus. Getting backup failed, but little other information.
A few have worked but can’t see any difference between them and the other so far…
*.dist files are 0kb on the workbench machine.
Did you look at the application director to see if there were any specific errors? Can you just connect via the platform and do a station copy? Many years ago I was asked to help with a station that couldn’t save and I found an illegal child (BACnet point in a non-BACnet folder) that was preventing it. It could be something similar
Yea nothin specific. Application director outputs as if the backup is created ie: says the number of files in the station. After looking at the backup history it seems this has been going on a while as there was backups from a year ago that were 0kb.
